What should I do if I have forgotten my login password? |
|

|
|
|
|
If you have forgotten your password, please go to
HK trade center and click on the "Forgot Password" button.
By inputting the "Account Number" and "Login ID", we will then
reset and send you a new Login password via email. We recommend
that you change your password as soon as possible.
Note:
- To change login password, please go to "Quick Link" and select "Account Maintenance". Click into "Change Password" button located next to your User ID.
- Login Password is case-sensitive and they must have at least 6 but not more than 12 characters.
The first character of your Password must be a letter in the alphabet and the remaining characters
in the Login ID must either be a letter in the alphabet, a digit, "-" (hyphen) or "_" (underscore).

What should I do if I forget my trading password? |

|
|
|
You can contact Customer Service Hotline at (852)2822-5001.
After verifying your Name, Account Number, Login ID, Address and
Contact Phone Number, we will mail you back your trading password.
Client cannot do online trading until he has received the new
trading password. But in the mean time, you still can place orders
by calling our Dealing Line at (852)2822-5002. |

Change Trading Password - Important notes |

|
|
|
|

User ID and Trading password must not be the same |
 |
Trading Password must not contain any space |
 |
Trading Password must have at least 6 but not
more than 10 characters |
 |
Trading Password must be alphanumeric |
 |
Trading Password must not contain any special
keys such as @, # and $ |
 |
Trading Password must not be reused |
 |
Trading Password is case-sensitive |
 |
Wrong trading password being inputted over 3 times would become invalid.
In this case, clients need to contact our customer service hotline (852)2822-5001 to
reset the trading password. |

For security reason, you are required to change trading password regularly. |

Can I still place an order if I have forgotten my trading password? |
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
Yes, while we reset and issue your password,
you still can use our Dealing Line at (852)2822-5002 to place order
through our dealers. They will verify your identity (including Account No.
and I.D. No.) before placing orders for you. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You need to contact our Customer Service hotline at (852)2822-5001.
We will verify your Name, Account Number, Login ID, Address and Contact Phone Number.
Then we will mail you back your IVRS password. |
