    You must visit one of our offices in person and our customer service officer will assist you to open an account.

Photocopy of Identity card(s) or Passport(s) of the proposed account holder(s);
Proof of home address (e.g. utilities bills, bank statement)

  4. What types of documents are required for Hong Kong Corporate Account?  
   
Copy of current Business Registration Certificate
Copy of Board Resolutions authorizing the entering into of the Agreement, and showing the directors or other personnel authorized to operate the account;
Copy of Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association together with list of directors;
Photocopies of identity card(s) or Passport(s) of each of the directors and others authorized to operate the account; and
Deed of Guarantee & Indemnity
 
Please note that all the certificates should be certified by Authorized Directors or Company Secretary.

  5. What types of documents are required for Overseas Corporate Account?  
   
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
Copy of current Business Registration Certificate;
Copy of Board resolutions, authorizing the entering into the agreement and sharing the directors or other personnel authorized to operate the account;
Copy of company's Memorandum and Article of Association together with list of directors;
Copy of Incumbency or Registered Agent's Certificate;
Copy of "Certificate of Good Standing" or a current copy of the receipt of the license fee issued by the relevant Registrar of the relevant Register of Companies, of a document remitting the fee and stamped as having arrived at the Register's office;
Photocopies of identity card(s) or Passport(s) of each of the directors and others authorized to operate the account; and
Deed of Guarantee & Indemnity
 
Please note that all the certificates should be certified by Public Accountant or Solicitor.

    It usually takes one business day.
