Futures Exchange; NY Coffee, Sugar, & Cocoa; New York Mercantile Exchange; Kansas City Board of Trade; London Metals & Terminal Markets; New York Cotton Exchange; London Futures Exchange; New York Futures Exchange; International Monetary Market; Singapore Monetary Exchange; International Petroleum Exchange; etc.

    You can place different types of orders: Day order; GTC order(good till cancel); GTF order(good till Friday); OCO order (one cancel the other); Limit order; Stop Loss order; MOO order (market on open); MOC order(market on close) etc, subject to different markets and different products.

  7. How do I deposit funds into my account at SHK?  
   
There are multiple ways to deposit funds:
 
Cash deposit;
Cheque deposit;
T/T funds transfer;
Internal A/C funds transfer among Associated Companies within SHK Group;
Deposit/transfer funds directly to the trust account that we opened for you in Standard Chartered Bank (SCB);
Deposit/transfer funds directly to our designated bank account at Bank of China; and
Authorize us to transfer funds from your SCB account on your behalf

  8. How do I withdraw funds from my SHK account?  
   
There are various ways to withdraw funds:
 
Cash withdrawal;
Cheque withdrawal;
T/T funds transfer;
Transfer funds directly to your designate bank account; and
Internal account funds transfer within the SHK Group

  9. How do I transfer funds/commodities/futures/currency with external companies or a third party account?  
    A written instruction from you and approval from our management according to our company policy and guideline are required if such funds transfer involves a third party.

  10.How am I notified of the execution of my orders?  
    When an order is executed, we will contact you as soon as possible (if so required). We will send you a statement of account on the next business day.

  11.What is the settlement procedure/date?  
    Some of the products are cash settled contract for differences such as Index Futures and Options and some of them are involved physical delivery such as Gold and Silver. Those clients who have no intention to take physical delivery should liquidate their related long open contracts prior to the first notice day of its underlying commodity products.   12.What kind of trade confirmations and statements will I receive?  
    You will receive a combined statement of account with composition of Sun Hung Kai Commodities Ltd, Sun Hung Kai Bullion Company Ltd and Sun Hung Kai Forex Limited whenever a transaction is executed. If your account is not maintaining a zero balance and nil position, you will receive a monthly statement too.
