How do I deposit my physical scrip? |

|
 |
You can deposit physical scrip at our head office service counter:
16th Floor, Tower II, Admiralty Centre,
18 Harcourt Road,
Admiralty,
Hong Kong
|
|
You can sell your shares immediately after the
deposit. However, you may only physically withdraw
the funds on T+12. |
|
In the meantime, you can use the fund in your
account to purchase shares. |
|
The name on the physical scrip must be the same
as the name of the account holder. If the share
certificates are registered in the name of a nominee,
then you need to provide proof of beneficial ownership. |

How do I withdraw my physical shares? |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can withdraw the physical scrip after settlement
day. |
|
Instructions sent before 2:30pm for physical stock
withdrawal will be processed on the same day, otherwise
they will be processed on the next working day. |
|
To notify us of your request, login to www.shkonline.com
and go to the HK Shares Trading page to fill-in
and submit the online Physical Stocks Withdrawal
Form. We will send you a confirmation of the physical
stock withdrawal by email. |
|
If you do not have access to the Internet to submit
the Physical Stocks Withdrawal form, you can fax
a written instruction to (852) 3920 2082 with the
following information:
1. A/C Name
2. A/C Number
3. Stock code
4. Stock name
5. No. of shares
6. Authorized Signature |

Normally it takes 2 business day for the physical
shares to be ready |
|
Shares must be collected at the Head Office Service Counter. Our customer service
representative will contact you by phone or by email
when the physical shares are ready for collection.

How do I deposit/transfer my stock via
CCASS? |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
When receiving shares from outside broker, instructions
can be sent before 2:30pm for same day value, otherwise
they will be processed on the next working day.
Meanwhile, please also notify the corresponding
broker on the shares transfer request and provide
it with our following CCASS information including:
- Broker CCASS Participant Name : Sun Hung Kai Investment
Services Ltd
- Broker CCASS Participant ID : B01086 |

When delivering shares to outside broker, instructions
can be sent before 11:00am for same day value, otherwise
they will be processed on the next working day |

To notify us, login to www.shkonline.com
and go to the HK Shares Trading page to fill-in
and submit the online CCASS SI Form. We will send
you a confirmation of the stock transfer by email. |

If you do not have access to the Internet to submit
the CCASS SI form, you can fax a written instruction
to (852) 3920 2082 with the following information:
1. A/C Name
2. A/C Number
3. Stock code
4. Stock name
5. No. of shares
6. Deliver To/ Receive FOP From Broker Name and Broker
