  4. Who is eligible to margin financing?
 
    To be eligible for margin financing, you must have a trading account with SHK Online. Further information could be obtained from the Margin Financing Information Page when you subscribe for new IPO online.

Please note that we do NOT guarantee to provide margin financing for all IPOs as terms and conditions vary for each IPO.

  5. How do I deposit funds to my account?
 
    You are required to deposit sufficient funds to your account one day before the closing date.

Two ways to deposit funds
Deposit funds to the trust account that we opened for you in Standard Chartered Bank; or
Deposit funds to our other designated bank accounts.

  6. How do I withdraw funds from my account?
 
    All successful applications and allotments will be settled through your trading account. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Trading Page to fill-in and submit the online Funds Withdrawal Form.

    Yes. Confirmation will be sent to your designated email address on the allotment date.

  9. How do I find out my allotment if my IPO application went through?
 
    The allotment will be reflected in your trading account when we receive it through the CCASS. You can also obtain such information by viewing your trading account on or after the allotment date.

    We shall credit the money to your trading account upon receipt of the money refunded.
