What should I do if I have forgotten my login password? |
|

|
|
|
If you have forgotten your login password, please go to the login page of HK Futures Trading Platform and click on the "Forgot Password" button. Input your Account Number and Login ID, we will then reset your login password.
Note:
- To change login password, please login to HK Futures Trading Platform, click on "Options". Check the "Change Login Password" box and input your old and new login passwords, and click "Confirm".
- Login Password is case-sensitive and must have at least 6 to 8 characters. The first character of your Login Password must be a letter in the alphabet and the remaining characters must either be a letter in the alphabet or a digit.

What should I note when I change my Trading Password? |

|

Login ID and Trading password must not be the same |
|
Trading Password must not contain any space |
|
Trading Password must have at least 6 but not
more than 8 characters |
|
Trading Password must be alphanumeric |
|
Trading Password must not contain any special
symbol such as @, # and $ |
|
Trading Password must not be reused |
|
Trading Password is case-sensitive |
|
For security reason, you are required to change trading password regularly. |

Can I still place an order if I have forgotten my trading password? |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Yes, you can use our Dealing Hotline at (852)2822-5006 to place order through our dealers. They will verify your identity (including Account Number and I.D. Card Number) before placing orders for you. |
