How shall I be notified of trade executions? |

After trade execution, you will receive a daily eStatement by email for free at your designated email
address on the following day summarizing your daily trading activities. You will also receive your Monthly eStatement by email. |

Alternatively, you can check the past 30 days' eStatement and monthly eStatement in the trade platform after login. |

Do I have to install special software to read the eStatement? |

Daily and monthly eStatement will be sent to you in a PDF format. You are recommended to save them for future reference. To view these statements, you must install the Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0 or above). |

Can I choose to receive the daily and monthly statements by post? |

Yes, you can simply click on the "Option" tab inside the trade platform to customize your preference. The handling fee will be charged on a monthly basis. |
