To open a Stock Options trading account, please call our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2822-5001, our customer service officer will assist you. Or you can visit our head office and bring along with the following documents:
- Hong Kong Individual/Joint Account
- Photocopy of Identity Card(s) or Passport(s).
- Proof of home address (e.g. utility bills, bank statement)
- Hong Kong Limited Company Account
- Copies of the I.D. cards/passports of the Authorised Persons named in item 13 of the Securities Trading Account Application.
- A certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate of the Applicant.
- A certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
- A certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association or other constitutive documents.
- A list of the current directors and officers to be accurate and up to date.
- A certified copy of board resolutions approving the terms and authorizing the execution of the Client Agreement.
- Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity or written waiver signed by a director of SHKOSL.
- If an ultimate beneficiary is not an Applicant, a certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation and the Business Registration Certificate (if a corporation) or a copy of the I.D. card / passport (if an individual) of the ultimate beneficiary.
