How do I deposit funds to my stock options trading account? |

Please deposit funds into your HK Shares account with SHK Online (Securities) Ltd and then fill in the Funds Deposit form in the e-Stock Options trading platform to inform us to transfer the funds to your stock options account.

Shall I get interest from the funds deposited into my stock options trading account? |
|

|
|
|
|
No. But the money standing to the credit of your HK Shares account is interest-bearing (the same as the interest rate for SCB's savings account). |

How do I withdraw funds from my account? |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can give withdrawal instructions any time before 11 a.m.
We will only transfer funds to clients' pre-designated bank account. Normal processing takes 2 business days. For Standard Chartered Bank transfer, same day value is available.
- On-line Request
To notify us, login to the e-Stock Options trading platform and go to the "Form" section to fill-in and submit the Fund Withdraw Form. We will send you a confirmation of the fund withdrawal by email.
- Written Request
If you do not have access to the Internet to submit the Funds Withdrawal form, you can fax a Withdrawal Letter with your authorized signature and the following information to us at (852) 3920 2082.
- A/C Name
- A/C Number
- Withdrawal Amount
- Beneficiary Bank
- Branch (non mandatory)
- Beneficiary Name
- Bank Account Number (has to be a pre-designated account stated on the account opening form)
- Authorized Signature
The withdrawal will be reflected in the Account Balance once the process is complete. All overdue instructions received after 11 a.m. will be processed on the next working day. |
